Enjoy these fluffy blueberry waffles without sugar, gluten or milk. Great for a weekend breakfast or brunch or as a snack. I like to serve them with a big spoon of apple sauce.

Instructions

- Turn on the waffle iron
- Add all the ingridients except the blueberries in a high speed blender.
- Blend until it is completely smooth.
- When the iron is hot, add the batter with a spoon. Spread evenly and sprinkle some blueberries over the batter.
- Close the lid and cook until the waffles are ready. They should easy to release with a fork.
