Blueberry waffles
  • 3 Eggs
  • 125 milliliters Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 150 milliliters Cashew nuts
  • 75 milliliters Almonds
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 3/4 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 100 milliliters Blueberries
  1. Waffle batter (paleo)
    1. Turn on the waffle iron
    2. Add all the ingridients except the blueberries in a high speed blender.
    3. Blend until it is completely smooth.
    4. When the iron is hot, add the batter with a spoon. Spread evenly and sprinkle some blueberries over the batter.
    5. Close the lid and cook until the waffles are ready. They should easy to release with a fork.
