A juicy glutenfree bread with a nutty flavour from the sunflower seeds and a little sweetness from the apricots.

Glutenfree sunflower bead with apricots
- Crumble the yeast in a bowl
- Add fingerwarm water (37°C) and mix
- Mix continuously while adding the physillium powder and let it thicken for 10 min
- Add the pofiber, salt, sunflower seeds, salt
- Cut the apricots to small pieces and add to the mix
- Add the flower
- Kneading the dough by hand or a machine
- Shape the dough and put it on an oven tray covered with a baking sheet. Let it rise for approx 1h
- Brush the bead with water and sprinkle it with some sunflower seeds
- Bake in the oven on 200°C for approx 45 min (depending on the oven)
