Coltsfoot

We’ve been out enjoying the nature over the Easter long weekend. We barbecued on the beach, ran into the forest and have seen the first Coltsfoot for the year. We also painted some eggs, got a visit from the Easter bunny and have eaten a lot of good food and of course cake! This year’s Easter cake was a frozen lemon cake with apricots, naturally sweetened with fruits and with a nice touch of coconut.
