Glutenfree sunflower bead with apricots
Cooking Method
Ingredients
  • 25 grams Yeast
  • 400 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 milliliters Pofiber
  • 5 Dried apricots
  • 100 milliliters Sunflower seeds
  • 350 grams Glutenfree flour
Instructions
  1. Glutenfree sunflower bead with apricotsChild kneding bread
    1. Crumble the yeast in a bowl
    2. Add fingerwarm water (37°C) and mix
    3. Mix continuously while adding the physillium powder and let it thicken for 10 min
    4. Add the pofiber, salt, sunflower seeds, salt
    5. Cut the apricots to small pieces and add to the mix
    6. Add the flower
    7. Kneading the dough by hand or a machine
    8. Shape the dough and put it on an oven tray covered with a baking sheet. Let it rise for approx 1h
    9. Brush the bead with water and sprinkle it with some sunflower seeds
    10. Bake in the oven on 200°C for approx 45 min (depending on the oven)
